Terms and Conditions for 1-on-1 Coaching Sessions (Updated as of 02/26/2025) Welcome to our 1-on-1 coaching sessions tailored to provide engineering students with guidance and advice to navigate engineering school successfully. By booking a session, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Booking and Payment Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session for paid sessions. All sessions are conducted virtually unless otherwise specified. 2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Clients may freely cancel their session at least 24 hours before the session start time. If you wish to cancel within 24 hours of the session, you must contact us at efrealbusiness@gmail.com for assistance. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Rescheduled sessions are subject to availability and must be agreed upon mutually. 3. Satisfaction Guarantee Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with the session, you may request a refund within 24 hours after the session's start time. Please contact efrealbusiness@gmail.com to request for refund. Refund requests should include a brief explanation of your concerns to help us improve our service. 4. Confidentiality All personal and academic information shared during the session will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent. 5. Disclaimer The coaching sessions are meant to provide general advice and guidance based on experience. They do not replace professional academic counseling or guarantee specific academic results. You are responsible for applying the advice and strategies shared during the sessions. 6. Amendments We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via the same platform used for booking. By proceeding with the booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
